Outfits will change your moves, but I'm pretty sure they WON'T change your name on the roster CSS. If characters like 17, Frieza, and Broly have a (Super) in their name, then it's likely there'll be a (Z) version as separate characters. We already have Goku (Z-Early), (Z-Mid), (Z-End), and (Super).

Not only they made 164+ characters with different moves and great animations, they will have EVEN MORE moves and different animations with different outfits...

I really hope red potaras are a thing again. Making a busted over powered red potara password character was really fun. Itβs especially fun when you fight against them are the hardest difficulty.

Ability items were originally a thing in the Budokai series through capsules. They could affect stats, apply pros/cons and enhance certain attacks. It was a very cool way to spice up gameplay.
