Without the drums there's this sense of timelessness that I can't express....

The Chief and a small squad of marines walking through the grassy forests of Zeta Halo... ...they come upon a ledge, overlooking a vast canyon. Trees of various sizes and shapes pointing up at the sky. In the distance there is a forerunner beacon, perched on the edge of a cliff. A flock of birds, native to the ring, take off from one of the trees, squaking and crowing. "You always bring me to such nice places..." the Weapon says inside his helmet.

This has to be the most relaxing song I’ve ever heard. I’m lying on the luscious grass of Zeta Halo, each blade gently whistling in the breeze, the sporadic pulsating hum of the sentinels providing a welcoming accompaniment to my eternal bliss. I hear the reassuring peppering of AR fire, I am protected from all who would seek to disrupt this slumber. Time fades, life fades, only I and my bliss remain. As the last reclaimer, at peace, I request Despondent Pyre teleports me to the control room. With a calm assuredness, I activate the ring. It’s winds transport me into the divine beyond. Classic halo sound… but you gotta love the faint robotic forerunner esc beeping. Joel has a distinctive style that makes his tracks in the Infinite soundtrack stand out to me

these concept arts are extremely well done. instead of just looking at the grandeur of this awesomeness, why don’t they just be our infinite loading screens for loading up a save or multiplayer match? sorry this wasn’t related to the music but I love this version as your explore Zeta Halo.
