Research status report.

Entity 45-D has been reported to “escape” from it’s cell repeatedly. There are numerous signs proving this, with the main one being it’s signature lavender pigmented.. liquid.. everywhere. The only thing to suggest against this theory are the security cameras, which show 45-D never leaving it’s cell. We’ve lost 3 employees to these supposed “break outs”, but there’s no trace left of them. Even lavender pigmented liquid is absent. When someone consumes a “grimace shake”, 45-D becomes enraged. Searching and banging for anyway out, supposedly to attack the person who consumed it. However, after 24 hours of consumption, the vict- subjects have been reported to have an extreme desire to join the entity in it’s cell and let it consume them. If they are not able to reach the entity within an hour of the effect taking place, they will go into extreme psychosis. Many of them are driven to the point of hostility. So far, research on a vaccine has not been successful. We will continue for now, but we have an emergency escape planned for if the entity escapes.
