Ironic but somewhat obvious how the birthplace of christianity, judaism and by relative proximity, islam...the religions that preach peace the most, is the area that constantly causes for milenia so much pain, turmoil and suffering

If only people could live there in peace now.
  • This video is a mesmerizing journey into the buried, war-torn world of the ancient Holy Land. Excellent job!

I forgot about this programme. I used to enjoy watching it. It's interesting to see again now, especially these episodes, considering the current situation. I dare think these ideas would be more controversial now than at the time this show was produced.

If you need biblical historical evidence for you to coexist peacefully with your neighbors then you have a long way to go in life smh

I miss the 90s when there was No Nonsense about aliens and just real archeology I miss when The Learning Channel and the History Channel actually had programs like this all the time

Was Mossada as dry 2000 years ago, because it doesn't seem a very inviting place these days!

Anyone who enjoyed this needs to go read 'The Source' by James A. Mischener right damn now
  • Baldaraccas was a fearful tribesman. He had a deformed skull from a war hammer strike at age 10. In anger he killed every last goose. Down to the last gosling. No more "quack quack" he kept saying over and over...

"And the walls came tumbling down" It's metaphorical ? The two peoples became friendly. No walls between them.
