  • Hey mama, I have a question. I’m trying to cook old recipes with a keto tweak for my mom. One of her favorite recipes was called “Alfredo bubble bake”- this used Pillsbury or great value etc canned biscuits, mixed with Alfredo sauce,mozzarella cheese,spices,canned chicken all mixed together and baked into a comfort casserole based meal. Would you know what I could sub for the non low carb biscuits that wouldn’t change much of the meal itself and still bake a form of biscuit into it?(the biscuits would rise from the mix which is where the bubble up/bake comes into play) I’ve been wracking my brain and really have no idea 😅
