Former U.S. Ambassador Victor Manuel Rocha spent decades spying for Cuba. Before Rocha there was Ana Montes, a Pentagon analyst who spent 17 years spying for Cuba.

Polygraph? Polygraph results are highly debatable, and have been known to be manipulable by many. The interviewer might have well asked why didn't we give her a truth serum, or try The Lasso of Truth on her.
