i love that we start with all the "roughing the passer" calls

You'd think with the more technology advances, and these referees gain more experience every week, how are they getting progressively worse??

This is making the nfl harder and harder to watch I only watch highlight videos now so sad

All these players get called facemask for lightly tapping their facemask while RBs can throw you down by the facemask and never get called

6:00 - Criminal. Among a pile of bad calls, this one takes the cake for me.

You can't tackle a QB low, can't land on them, can't hit them high. Now you can't hit them in the shoulder pads legally without getting flagged for Roughing. These new roughing the Passer rules must be abolished next season, as partially blind officials have now impacted the outcome of every single game this season with phantom roughing calls. (The Saints call was the difference in the game) I also consider the new "Taunting" penalties to be an example of "Over-Officiating". Even after reviewing plays from several angles in slow-mo, NFL refs still can't seem to get the close calls correct. The NFL by far has the worse officiating in all pro sports and is not worth gambling money on apps, because the poor officiating and phantom penalties always impact the outcomes of these games. Some of these games have become Un-Watchable.

Officiating in Green Bay vs Seattle was atrocious

I'm literally getting a headache with how bad alot of these calls are like you almost don't want to watch football bad

Nothing is worse than that MNF game between the Steelers and Bears. The referees fixed that game.

These NFL officials need to learn from the top down about human performance factors and how long it takes to perceive a stimulus, make a decision, and act upon that stimulus. Many of the roughing the passer calls are the result of things happening too quickly for the human body to actually react to

That saints one was horrendous

You know all of these Roughing the Passer penalties are going to lead to defenses just not caring and really leveling out the QB.
