2024-02-03 Diamond Mill solo ride

First ride of 2024!
It was a beautiful day at Diamond Mill, still cold (36F) and some snow in the shade, but I really needed to get some seat time after a month of inactivity.
The ride was short-ish, 25 miles in total with some forest road, I got stuck a couple of times but overall I started rebuilding confidence near the end of the ride.
Deer Fence trail was disappointing, now it's all flat and loose after the recent addition of two bridges, seems like a skid steer went thru and flattened the whole trail. Overall it was fun!

Would love to meet up out there with you/group to explore some of these loops. Beautiful weather out there!
  • We hit Cramlets Cliff yesterday, it was killer weather! I wish we hit that stumpy trail. That’s a fun one
