When I started learning about pour over, this recipe from @TALESCOFFEE was one of the methods that I tried and it was actually really hard. Today more than a year later and I tried it again and now I can do it. In this video I tried to explain it the easiest way possible. I hope the video helps so you can try it at home.

    My favorite variation of this recipe is when he uses the Switch. The one where he constantly stirs the slurry for 40 seconds and keeps going even after opening the switch.
