This is the 10th regular installment in my series of comedy Minecraft montages. Some people didn't understand what the thumbnail of this video is supposed to be. It's a picture of Atropos, one of the 3 fates from Greek Mythology, cutting the thread of someone's life. Some people had, let's just say, a much less monetizable interpretation of the image. I suppose it's because I made the thread red, but I couldn't think of what other color to make it. Black would have been harder to see, and white would have made it look like it was part of the same body as the arms. I suppose I could have made it gold. Some people also commented that this was a reference to the Disney Hercules movie, but it's not. It's referencing the same thing that the movie was referencing, although I probably got the idea from the movie.

Also, a few people accused me of stealing the concept of using the letter "X" to name the 10th installment from Fortnite. So just to clarify, using an X to mark the tenth entry in a series is done because X is the roman numeral for 10.

As for the video, in my opinion, this one is pretty mediocre, which is odd, because I made it at the same time as part 11. For vanilla 50 ways videos, I usually make enough clips for two videos, then rank them from funniest to least funny, then split them evenly between the two videos so that neither video ends up being too bad. But on re-watching them half a year later, I think part 11 ended up being much better than part 10. Maybe my tastes changed.

Despite being worse overall, Part 10 still has a few good moments. My favorites are the 8 crossbows scene, the suspicious Stu scene, the airplane scene, the skeleton dungeon scene, the expired water scene, and the last scene. In the expired water scene, some have pointed out that the expiration date on the bottle is the expiration date for the bottle itself, not the water. I actually already knew that because I googled it as soon as I saw the expiration date in real life. But I still made it a clip in the video because I thought the idea of water expiring like cheese was funny.

The clone trooper joke isn't just a reference to Star Wars. It's specifically a reference to the original Star Wars: Battlefront II from 2005. In that game, whenever you played as a droideka, the AI clones would all throw thermal detonators at you whenever they had line of sight, filling the screen with red glowing metal softballs. I think it's pretty clear indicator that I didn't have enough good jokes that a joke about such an obscure subject made it in to the video.

If things hadn't been going so well for me in 2019, I would never have risked putting Robocop footage in my video.
