The bit from 6:09 to 6:11 where did you find that footage??? I've been trying to find a leaked version of this game with THAT specific building mechanic because it actually included some other REALLY cool features like being able to delete vertices from the cube you're stretching/transforming, and creating super complex compound shapes using that... I saw so much sandbox building potential in that mechanic alone, but it appears he scrapped it for a more "FPS" feel...

I believe Notch pronounced the name "Ten to the C" The 0x isn't pronounced because it just indicates that the number is in hexadecimal.

I think I first heard about this game from a lost media iceberg video, and it intrigued me, but I eventually forgot about it. Until today of course, and oh boy does this game sound great if it was ever actually finished.

noo wayyy!!! ive been haunted by this game for months now after watching fitmc's video on it, and im sure this video on the game will be great EDIT (post video): - elite is still a big game and has evolved a lot - notch's leak of the game is actually his own cpu called DCPU-16, a 16 bit processor emulated Also if you crave a game like minecraft set in space, I recommend that you play StarMade
