excellent video, one thing i think you missed though is that when you listen to olivia’s last phone call the projector turns on when the tape starts and shows her murder

Good humor, great inclusions of self-made animations, interesting takes, good storytelling, great use of video edits...this was a fantastic video. Well done.

Godly video, seriously. I already knew of Shipwrecked 64, but this is by far the most lively and homebrew-esk. Omori is a game which has meant A LOT to me, and I was introduced to it via a video just like this, so it gives the same vibes. This is a hidden gem at worst, and an absolute masterpiece of a video in general. In otherwards this deserves a million bazillion views 100/10

i think connor uses chief wulf like an avatar for himself. in the first itchio version of the game has conversation between mark and connor where mark is mad at connor for putting a random wolf in the game instead on one of broadsides many characters making me think connor sees himself as chief wulf, but idk how canon the old version is to the steam version. also if the game was haunted i dont think he would be so happy about the game since the connor on the roof seems more like a earlier state of him being proud of his work before it gets shut down and he finds the broadside drive instead of a version that knows everything that has happened. but hey thats just my opinion and im glad people are still talking about and making theories this great game. also the video was great and i think your channel is very underrated. keep it up.

Dude, when I woke up today I did NOT expect to wake up and see a full hour-long video essay about the game, but my GOD was it a good one! I love the layer-by-layer approach, but i dig this so much!! It feels almost like that Powerpak MyHouse.WAD video in a way?? I LOVE seeing the process and this video is AMAZING!! Thank you so much for playing, man, I'm really happy you think so highly of my work, and I'm also like.. SHOCKED you have only 470 subs? I gotta share this around. I'll sub in the meantime, I'd love to see what you make next! Editing, and even animation work was TOP notch man, seriously!

Got this on my feed and was not disappointed. Loved the video man

I really enjoyed the pacing of this video and the way it felt like a normal person playing the game with a buddy on discord. Which, yeah it was, but this captured that feeling better than a lot of videos I’ve seen that had done the same thing. It felt comforting, as if I was watching a screen share from my friend in a VC and just hanging out. Also the ending was 100/10. A beautiful masterpiece.

While this game has a lot of commendable elements on it, the one major thing that prevents me from being immersed is just how technologically impossible it is. N64 cartridge's has very, VERY little space to work on and developers really had to stretch thin the limited resources they had to work with, some managed to like a complete N64 port of Resident Evil 2 but even to this day that port is considered a miracle. It's hard for me to believe that this 64 MB game has not only high(ish) quality FMV's with audio, plenty of audio clips, and bizarrely high quality models and textures for some objects on top of everything else and STILL managed to be pushed out the door with draining funds and cancellation? Yet, no one is praising this game as a technological achievement of the N64's hardware despite the disturbing content? It's a bit frustrating because all of this could've been fixed by just making this a PS1 game which had far more space to work with and would make sense with the content inside the game. Apologies if this sounds very nitpicky but I am firm on the belief that if you're going to do a period piece you have to go all the way with making it believable. Shipwrecked isn't a bad game by any means but little sense in world building just rubs me the wrong way. Also genetically engineered mascots is a stupid plot point and should've never been put in the final draft.

people in the OSW64 server like to speculate that the consciousness in the 3PS and the playable character Bucky thier self originate from the SM infection to the game itself via the USB that Connor used to upload it, given that SM not only likes to infect living organisms, but (apparently) technology too (some real GHE type shi...) My personal little take on these unnatural presences is like... Manifestations due to the state of the SM and how it was already used in creating starlings/dwellers in the first place... Kinda like bad memories being revitalised in the code. Since we can assume the game was vandalised with those ups of the cover-ups and deaths with the intention of Mark seeing it and being forced to confront what he had made of his self (given by the Husk telling him that he aims to show him the "little mess" he!, had made directly), and how the Husk is seen to speak to him as the player in that example, we can assume that perhaps the other dweller manifests may have that same outlook (considering how the Husk is made up of their beings), which would explain their gruff behaviour - they're angry at Mark and are trying to get to him in the only way they may be able to do so: scaring him with their presences no longer being hidden in the private servers of Bullet.N or his own systems; being out in the public eye even if only briefly at the time; ruining his company's reputation. SORRY IF THIS SEEMS MESSY I SLAMMED THIS UP ON A SHITTY TABLET KEYBOARD IN THE DARK SOOO HSADSGDSKG pardon me for sounding improper or whatnot....
