I really like these more appropriate tests for each car. Those overhangs are challenging with the Pallisade. Good stuff Ryan.
  • I love the new test track that you have and are making it better better just like the one over the mountains you have
  • @GCMoto97
I enjoyed watching this test and look forward to seeing more from the new test track!

Really enjoying your videos, all the time you put in the details is amazing!Would be nice if you could put your hands on an Acura RDX…
  • @rwest5386
I look forward to you finishing the new course and all future testing on both the old and new.

You told the true "lock button". People thinks that they have proper locker but this is just multiplate clutch lock. Great review as always. Merry Christmas. Greetings

I think it did great, more than anyone ever will do with it. Considering this was the first vehicle in the course I think it did great

Nice, roomy and very good IMO. The Grand Highlander is nice also for sure but it is quite a bit more money.

Roller testing would show the intended AWD capability, but of course still dependent on clutch strength, it seems some vehicles get really good on rollers then overheat in heavy testing anyways, but it tells us it will do it's wonders on wet and snow just not for rough climbs were something like A-Trac with better clutches would do better

This XRT trim on the Palisade and Tucson are for looks only. If you want a more capable Palisade and Tucson for moderate off-roading, I suggest you wait for the next-generation models which will be similar to the Santa Fe. Also, Hyundai need to do a XRT trim for the Venue and Kona.

If you could reply with your experience I am very curious for your personal opinion, two very different cars but considering the palisade vs the toyota crown curious which drive experience you prefer. Both videos were great

I drove one of these for a week and man , they are waayyy nicer than people think . Super smooth , solid , and the engine is perfectly tuned . They aren’t slow at all . 😊

Can you rock these new "push-button" automatic transmissions when stuck in mud or snow? An old fashioned gear shifter seems like a better solution (ie. No searching for the reverse/drive buttons, etc.).

Its getting a bit annoying with all these badge only trims that try to give the impression of some sort of sporty or offroad capabilty only to be black badges and grill. Whooptee doo. Lol Seems the Honda Pilot is the only "reliable but sorta bland crossover from Asia" that has a badge and actual off road changes. Nissan, Hyundai, Toyota, and Kia are fakin it. Even US brands dont have much except like the Z74 on Tahoes. Otherwise: solid crossover! Always liked the look of these and they have some pretty good details and features. If I needed a 3 row family SUV I'd look at this as a major contender for sure.
  • Does this Palisade or the Grand Highlander have a softer ride, particularly on rougher surfaces?
