I want to apply sitting in God's presence and waiting for 10 minutes daily but I don't know what to do with my thoughts. They tend to go to thanking God for who He is and what He has done.

Thank you ,pastor Rick. i , from Singapore, am one person benefitted from your daily hope messages and notes..from loss of dad, loss of job , and possibly loss of house in a year or 2. Guarding myself against feelings of resentment/bitterness. Re reading your book - answers to Life's difficult questions. Please don't retire fully yet, or please keep writing !
