Nice, but upstairs bedrooms are too small, the basement should have a full kitchen and the back area should have been more impressive for 1.3 mil. Good luck
  • Lovely..... These were built in the 19th Century. These homes are forever beautiful. Oh, for home elevators though. Only need 40 inches, just give us some tech to bring down the price a bit. Maybe renovation could include the framing for a home elevator. But, a smart buyer would consider an elevator to be a feature worth paying for. Lovely presentation, nice and easy....the viewer has the ability to forward using the Share Arrow above.

I love this design and the way the home was staged. It gives us a view of how to fill up the home. The basement can be a mother-in-law suite or a rental apt.

For that price range I expect a better bedroom and not those sad barn doors. At least make those better. It has to be the location.

I could live there alone. Once I hit the $5MM lottery that is.

This house feels really boxy. You literally take 3 steps and bumb into a wall.
