2:00 I like how at the beginning of his speech a lot of the people in the circle listening felt good to hear him finally admit to throwing the game he lied about doing for a long time. Just like that (snaps finger) in that one second of him admitting that he gained everyone's respect and trust who was listening (even though they don't like the fact that he threw the game), you can see this all in their faces. Him admitting that was also the key to winning over the players' trust to work with him again and finish the game and win it as a team. People can tell that earlier in the film prior to that one moment the other inmates did not trust him because of what he did dirty in that other football game.

2:43 one of the best scenes of the movie when the team forgave Paul and shows the meaning of being a team

I'm surprised Kevin Nash didn't tear his quad having fun with the cheerleaders
  • Everyone is talking about Crewe, Caretaker, Scarborough, Switowski, Deacon, and Cheeseburger Eddy, but almost everyone hasn't talked about certain characters including Torres. Torres at his introduction in the movie is shown to be serious, violent, and ruthless, but throughout the movie, Torres has developed a sense of loyalty and care for his team. Torres paid his respects to the deceased Caretaker at his burial site as he did the sign of the cross before heading to the game with the team. He even apologized to the team after he abandoned his field position by taking advantage of getting revenge against a abusive guard by breaking his leg. Also at 7:05 and 7:16, Torres has shown genuine concern for Megget due to his injury and Scarborough going to the field due to his advanced age. Torres was last seen aiding the handicapped Megget to the field to celebrate their victory with Crewe and the team. That's character development there.
  • I like how the guards can only score when one side is throwing, or just beating up the other team and not playing, or having a ref currupt. Goes to show how much more dominating the cons were. Such a better team.
  • 4:58 does anyone else remember when the colts tried that play against the patriots and failed
  • 1:23 this is one of my favorite scenes. I like the dramatic music they’ve got in the background and Crewe handling it on his own. But what I liked the most is how the cons are getting in formation and they all look like a bunch of evil Metroid’s
  • Moral of the story: we all make mistakes in life, but never make the same twice. Risk and awareness is key to owning up.
