“In order to have a peace that surpasses all understanding, you have to give up your right to understand.”
  • Dr. Evans has had four major losses in less than four years and he’s still standing!!! Only God, only GOD.
  • Although He is a Pastor, a Mentor, a Doctor, an Author, a Father etc...He ultimately is a servant. And He knew this was an opportunity to be an example to those who feel hopeless, disappointed, discouraged, confused, angry, sad, frustrated etc...It was important to know why developing a true genuine relationship with Jesus Christ is extremely important. Not just on Sundays but acknowledging Christ throughout the day, every day. Tony Evans didn't speak to impress anybody, rather he was making an impact, showing he had to turn to Jesus during this dark time in his life. We grieve with him and his family, yet at the same time, we pray for them at this particular time. We love the Evans family. Lois has made a great impact on this planet. God bless.

This is the realest thing I've heard a preacher say in a long time. I pray his comfort in the Lord.
  • The Lord bless and comfort you in this season Pastor Evans. You are an example to all of us that grieve 🙌 because we are not without hope!

I can't imagine the strength it took just to get out of bed, let alone preach. The Lord is a keeper!!!! Blessings to the family!!!

Thank you! Years later...my mom died and I'm hurting! My mom said, "let me go"! I never heard of you but your videos are what I needed to watch and hear during this terrible time in 2024! You opened yourself up during one of the most debilitating moments in your life AND that transparency just saved my life! Thank you, Mr. Evans

This is the a perfect representation of standing in/on the strength of God. I’ve always held great reverence for Dr. Evans and his beautiful family. But this has taken things to higher level [of respect]. We salute you, sir.
  • Brought to tears by this. God bless you man of God: one of the humblest men I’ve seen in the kingdom. We continue to pray for you and we love you Dr. Evans.

“If you don’t make room for divine interruptions in your life you will stay angry, mad, irritated, frustrated and exacerbated because life doesn’t always go like you planned.” Woooooo! This shook my soul....

This hurts so bad. I can't imagine losing my husband/ best friend. I love my spouse but I try to love the Lord harder because in the end, all things will perish except him. My condolences!
  • “I can’t let you go..” 😢 This is when it gets REAL! But this is also the moment when God is saying “Will you trust me?” Praying for strength for the family. ❤️
