BALI, INDONESIA - Jimbaran Beach in Bali, Indonesia is known for being one of the best seafood areas of the island. You’ll find an abundance of seafood restaurants along the beach, and today we’re going to eat Balinese seafood!
Jimbaran can also be quite touristy with lots of hotels in the area. And to be honest along the beach you’ll pay quite a bit more for the location. However there are some pretty good spots, and nothing quite beats some grilled seafood on the beach fresh from the source.
I chose to try Warung Ramayana Ikan Bakar Jimbaran, and they were friendly and offered a nice selection of fish, prawns, and squid. They grilled everything over a raging hot fire made with coconut husk. The sambal was a little on the sweet side, but it did taste good, especially caramelized onto all the seafood.
When you’re in Bali, head to the famous Jimbaran beach for seafood.

The fish showed that it’s tenderness and color ,worked together as one.the first dish you had was the best overall.but everything looked really good

That "fresh sambal" it's called sambal Matah and it's originated from Bali. They chopped up some Bird eye chillies, shallots, lemon grass, and lime leaves. After that they dunked some hot oil and mix it up together, they usually use palm oil instead of coconut oil. One of my favorites Sambal here!
