    Why aren't we using the leftover caffeine to make extracaffeinated coffee? I would buy that.
  • I work in the only plant in the world that is currently doing critical CO2 decaffeination (in Texas). This process is remarkable but very expensive/complex to design and implement. Great video and drink on!

    So the question is how do a consumer know which way the beans were decaffeinated? Does the packet contain that information?

    Great vid Greg - what's your favourite Nespresso compatible decaf pod? The various makers don't seem to make apparent which methodology they use ....
