Thank you! I’m 72 and slow to adapt. You’ve made a practical easy to understand guide to get me going on the iPad.
  • @Jazztpt
Swipe down to access numbers, brilliant, one of my great annoyances having to switch the keyboard.
  • @mbatfe
This is how informative videos SHOULD BE! People, learn from her!!! Right to the point, lean and mean information. Thank you VERY MUCH!

Found you by accident and am I ever so ever stunned. I had no idea of any of this when I was gifted an iPad several years ago. I’m 75, attended one class on how to open and close, find apps, and the basics most of which I forgot after I left. 😮 I’m “adopting” your channel, subscribing, following , as well as reviewing your class many times over. Thank you so very much!!!

This absolutely blew my mind. I’ve been using an iPad for many years now and split screen was the only tip that I knew out of all the ones you mentioned. Outstanding and extremely helpful. Thank you.

Like another person commented, these tips are especially helpful for us older people. I just turned 70. I remember when computers first started in. My first course was actually wiring the computer and using punchcards. When I went back to graduate school, I was the only chem graduate student with computer and I put it in my lap and my research advisor Was really interested in a program I had written to streamline calculations we did. Up until the early 90s I was the only teacher in several schools to have my own computer. Nobody knew anything about but me Now? I’m behind the times. My daughter works in Apple. She gets frustrated. Trying to teach me stuff tells me just to go read about it or something. So I really appreciate these tips.

Very informative, I would add that taking the screenshot from the bottom left corner swiping diagonally up is also achievable using one’s finger, and Notes can be accessed swiping from bottom right corner diagonally up, other commands can be selected in settings under Multitasking and Gestures. 🙌🏼

  • @Pattiemarie3
I am 71 and also appreciate your help. As it has been years since I took college classes on the PC AND MICROSOFT 8 lol. thank you thank you 😊
  • My grandson showed me how to use the little magnifying glass….. I use it all the time now. It saves you having to come out of what you are looking at …..I can’t look for knitting patterns and Agatha Christie books at the drop of a hat. Easy Peasy. This is definitely a good wee ‘tips and tricks’ video. Thanks.

I’m so glad I saw this video. I love my Apple iPad and these tricks. None of them I knew of. I’m 78 years old. I’m on my iPad every day. Your video was perfect. Thank you so much and I’m passing this on to my iPad friends. I enjoy my iPad more than my computer. Keep up the good work you are very good at Giving the instructions and the information.
