I am not addicted to this song. I can stop whenever I want.
  • My dad passed away this week and I’m finding comfort in these lines !!!

Damm this song reminds me of when I use to do drugs. I still do. But I use to too.

Used to do cocaine while listening to "Cocaine" 😆 🤣 😂 Good ole times.
  • The guitars are sublime and the song is one of J J Cale's finest. The rest of the band are on top form. Recordings like this are rarer than you might think.

Love this song, the guitar is amazing! But the drummer almost steals the show for me, the way he plays his ride cymbal and hits the bell during the solos is so awesome. Such a cool groove!

Playing this song once is too many and and playing it a thousand times is never enough...
  • The way in the middle of the solo you can hear the second guitar come in always gives me goosebumps.

Thank God for headphones back in the 70's. My parents never would've let me own this album, let alone play it.

was a kid fan of Cream , Layla, and was 17 when I bought this LP when it came out. I played it only to record it on cassette. Played the cassette and made more copies. The original vinyl might have 4 plays. I looked at it and it was a thick vinyl. Back then you wanted a beautiful turntable and cartridge with amps that motivated JBl's or Cerwins. . ahh the 70's
