I had a husky years ago, and she was the quietest dog ever - borderline mute. Never barked, never howled, super calm and easygoing. One time I picked her up from a groomer who said "she sang to me the whole time." I didn't understand that and then I saw this and wonder if this is how grooming went down 😂

I have 2 huskies living in the house below me. They are next level vocal, especially when their hoomans arrive home from work. Some neighbours had concerns that the dogs were being abused - not knowing of course that they are huskies but now everyone knows that they are huskies. Absolutely love hearing them being so vocal ❤ (South Africa)

They just love to talk. Come home from work, mine needs at least 10 minutes uninterrupted time while she tells me everything that happened to her that day. Sometimes she'll stop like she's done & walk away, then come back & howl for another minute. I swear she's remembered some complaint she neglected to mention. Cracks me up every time😅

Interesting how despite her loud protesting, she never tries to bite or even really shows her teeth. She just wants you to know how much she objects to the whole thing.

Luna is a triple threat: singing the song of her people, dramatic acting and the tap dancing. Very talented indeed. 👏 I guess I have to clarify. Some people don't get the reference. A triple THREAT is an artist who can sing, act and dance.

firstly, the ancestors of Siberian huskies lived in Chukotka :) on the coast there it is not only cold, but also very windy and humid. A friend of mine says that the worst thing for dogs is a "low" snowstorm: the wind drives wet snow no higher than a person’s knee, and a resting dogs are completely covered with snow. Therefore, the correct coat is thick, medium-length and hard: it will not be blown by the wind and lumps of wet snow will not stick to undercoat. And Siberian Huskies certainly love to swim! They just don’t like it when they are forced to do something without their desire :) to raise their morale, they sing the anthems of their people.

The fact that the owner is a groomer themselves, but would rather pay for someone else to groom Luna is just hilarious to me 😂

I like that she's owned by a groomer who presumably brings her to you so they don't have to deal with the howling, lol.

This dog is the embodiment of "I'll do it but I'm not gonna like it and I'm gonna let everyone know about it".
