Who else is here watching this while at work?

I don’t think Shawn gets enough credit for his set design. Whether it was him or a team behind him that made the call, the set does the best job of any podcast I’ve seen of adding atmosphere without taking anything away from the interview. Without a doubt one of the most relevant podcast on the planet right now!

I like Joe Rogan alot. But Shawn Ryan podcast is the best! He Asks a question and shuts up and listens. I feel Joe interrupts alot. Shawn lets his Guests tell their story. Phenomenal show

Army vet, 11b, saw and did some shit overseas but not compared to Kennedy or those gents. Listening to his stories is more therapeutic than i realized it would be. Brings back memories and feelings I haven’t had in a while. I can’t stress that enough without it getting weird. Just know, what you’re doing here is more than an interview or spreading awareness/knowledge, you’re also providing temporary mental relief/fulfillment (if that’s the right word to use) to certain folks. Thank you.

Struggling like no other, I’m a first responder in a hole I don’t think I can climb out of but this show brings me the only peace and hope in my life. Thanks S. Ryan

I'm a 71 year old retired police detective with a fantastic career. I watch your video's and am convinced that you and your guests are the only type of people who have a chance of saving this country (if it can be saved) Please keep trying. All my respect.

As a former US Army JSOC 96B/98C- I greatly appreciate you Tim calling us amazing. It was an honor to serve with men like you and Nick.
  • Self-deprecation in a true professional is a sign of a true professional. To be able to see the younger self as novice and then acknowledge it in front of possibly millions takes a lot of courage. Thanks Shawn and Tim. This is how we teach the generations to come. You're doing the most.
  • @Dustingreeze14
Shawn, Marine here. Thank you for everything this show is doing and the many things it’s gotten multiple individuals through including myself! You the man!
  • @robm8746
Tim talking about John Shrek McPhee may have ignited the spark that was needed to finally have him on the show. It would be absolutely epic. Please make it happen Shawn!!!

Dude this episode has been a rollercoaster to say the least. At first, to me, I felt like Tim was just gunna be another spec ops dude with some great war stories, but all I can say is wow. Tim Kennedy man. I am speechless tbh. This in my opinion was SRS's best podcast yet. I have to admit Shawn I haven't seen every single podcast you've done man and sure I'm writing this comment maybe a month after you've posted it, someone I'm sure will be happy to correct me, but what you and Tim especially are doing in this world nowadays is just incredible. Just to hear and be a part of this energy, this tenacity, this right now is what America means to me. Let me be frank here I've almost never even written a YouTube comment before because I really haven't been moved or inspired. I could really just keep typing here praising the wonderful work and effort two individuals have done in their lives to just provide the WORLD with the knowledge and positivity on all feets of life. I just want to say thanks to Tim and the SRS community I cannot express how much gratitude I have for you and our military men and women. It's sure impacted me in more ways than I could imagine. I haven't written something like this in so long which is sad when I think about it it's been over 11 years since I've done so. So I apologize in advance if it seems a little drawn out I'm a little rusty. I'll close with this, Shawn, keep up the fantastic work you do. I'm sure you get it all the time but I know what you're doing will change our future for the better in all aspects of life, not just what it means or should mean to be an American. God bless you man. As for Tim man, thank you for the monumental word of wisdom. I think I can say for all of us God fearing, red blooded American civilians, thank you for your service and support for all that you do and stand for. We sure can use a hell of a lot more men and women like you man. God bless you and both of your families. I have hope that one day I could be honored with meeting both of you guys. You know in 'Sandlot' when The Babe says to Benny. "Heros may be remembered, but legends never die kid." That is what you guys are. Legends.
  • "Past mistakes, faith, purpose" was probably my favorite part of this interview. Thanks, Shawn! Everything you've been doing these past 5 or 6 years has really helped me and a lot of other people. I am very thankful!
  • @TheLankyJake
This was the best podcast I've ever listened to. Thanks Shawn for letting Tim tell his story without filters and time constraints. Keep up the good work!
  • @StuPierce77
Thanks for these videos Shawn. Thanks for giving our heros an unfiltered platform! Keep doing what you're doing here. 👍👊
  • @kenbardin2458
Great Episode, dude is very humble for all that he did and was involved in. Kept repeating that he shouldn't have been there. Yet here he was, following his Dawgs and being great. TY
  • @davidhoghes6918
CONGRATULATIONS on the 100th show, you don't get enough credit for the the way you interview your guests, exceptional and nothing is close to giving the viewers them goosebumps, and that's all down yto your questions and the quests answers, I take my hat of to you shawn🎉
  • @SturdySteppa10
This is hands down the best interview I have ever seen, I cannot believe I watch it for free.
  • @cnadams54
Super impressed with how articulate Tim Kennedy is. I absolutely expected that and seen former interviews; but his ability to illustrate a picture for the audience and provide unwavering commentary makes this interview flow effortlessly. Guy truly is a jack of all trades and about as pure a warrior as it gets
  • @human_bot_
Thank you for the encouraging words at the beginning. As someone who really screwed up their life, I am living proof that you can turn your life around. From foster home, juvenile detention, prison, to selling cocaine for what I found out was probably the cartel, to a heroin addiction; I managed to do a 180. 12 years clean with a family and home, as well as a master of my trade.
