    This is exactly the video I needed, thank you! I haven't wanted to mod much b/c I didn't want to disturb anyone at the campgrounds we frequent. Better than stock for sure, but not offensive to the types of people who get offended by straight-pipe exhaust.

    Straight pipe wasn’t crazy loud. I still prefer the resonator because it’s similar and yet slightly muffled. Should keep you outta trouble.

    Dark Iron Diesel, what are your thoughts on just doing the race pipe vs the full exhaust? How much louder is the straight pipe if they both have resonators etc?

    OMG, almost sounds like a jet engine taking off with the straight pipe. What size exhaust would you recommend for a 2.8L Toyota Hilux Diesel? Considering either standard 2.5” or 3”. In terms of performance, are there advantages to a straight pipe (no muffler)?

    Didn’t notice much difference. I did the downpipe and ditched the cat and dpf on my 6.7, but left the muffler. The thinking was it might keep somebody happy if they get looking under there when I moved into the city.

    How much quieter would it be if I had a 4" exhaust with delete pipe and muffler, like the one that comes in the EZ Link delete kit? Do you have a Vid that shows that set up ?

    I love the straight pipe. I have it in my garage now ready to install. But I don't know if my neighbors will approve lol. BTW thanks for the videos. All of them.
