This is difference between western nations and non western nations. Western nations will only condemn the attack and show support to their ally even knowing that it was our ally who attacked first. But anti western countries will try to calm down both parties instead of esclating tensions

I think Iran is calm enough to purposely let the Iron Dome blocked the missiles -- he knows what the world thinks, but he needs to help his people to release their anger too, while at the same time acting as a strong warning to Israel. But I don't think Israel will stop there.
