This electric heater white noise is very soothing and is one of my favourite sleep sounds. In the this video the fan heater sound is layered with the dehumidifier sound from one of my previous video. The combination creates a very relaxing white noise to help you fall asleep.

Does any actually read these video descriptions anymore? If you did please comment 🤚 in the comment section to let me know. Thanks, hope you enjoy 😊

ℹ️ Tips for a good night sleep 👇
* Keep regular sleep hours - if possible go to bed at roughly the same time, this will programme your body to sleep better.

* Restful sleeping environment - your bedroom should be a peaceful place that helps you to fall (and stay) asleep. You can achieve this by controlling the temperature, lighting and noise level.

* Comfortable Bed - if your mattress is too hard or too soft it will be difficult to get restful sleep.

* Caffeine intake - cut down on caffeine in tea, coffee and energy drinks especially in the evenings. Caffeine disrupts the process of falling asleep and prevents deep sleep. Instead of caffeine, have herbal tea or a warm milky drink.

🎥 I personally record all my video and audio. Currently videos are recorded using an iPhone 12 Pro max, which is then edited on an iPad Pro using LumaFusion. These videos may appear simple but they normally take me at least one day to record and edit before uploading to YouTube.

Years ago I moved into a roach infested, centipede infested basement apartment in Toronto. It was so damp and musty in that 400 square foot hole, everything I owned got moldy. I laid my mattress on the floor in there because I had no frame for it. I lifted it up one day and the bottom was covered in black mold. The shower was more like a concrete stall you'd see in a concentration camp. It was never dry. It was a depressing life being poor and just existing. One of the only comforts I remember from that place was the small heater fan with the white noise you're hearing on this video. It was my companion and put my mind at ease.
  • This fan has gotten me through some rough nights over the last four years, just wanted to say thanks to its creators.
  • @YuriLix
This is the best heater sound so far.
  • @M1STA__
Other fan videos seemed off, like it wasn't natural or just too loud and extra but this..THIS IS JUST PERFECT..

  • The light? On point. The sound? Not harsh, not loud, 100% the best video for white background noise! I’ve been using this video every time I can’t conceal my dream, and it works like wonders. Keep up the good stuff!

Well I tested many noises for sleeping like this one. And I still think this one is the best so far. Add to this good quality headphones, and you are sleeeping like a baby in no time.
  • I don't know how to explain it but as soon as I listen to this sound, I am quickly soothed. This sound has the same effect as the wind on the dead leaves: it sweeps them instantly. The video is at an optimal volume so I can have a good night's sleep. Thanks for that and love from France 😴❤️

Now this is what you call soothing not too loud or anything it's just right and as in right I mean perfect!
  • I like your detailed description about how to get a good night's sleep. This fan is a nice soft sound.
  • Don’t worry about your exam. Don’t worry about your test. Don’t worry about the home work due tomorrow. You’re doing amazing and even coming here to study is a start and I’m proud of you! Don’t stress out. You’re doing amazing. You got this. And just remember, I might not know you but at the end of the day I want you to do well, so if you don’t want to study for yourself, study for me. I believe in you ❤

I use this almost everyday, when Im going to sleep. It's funny how does it work. 5 minutes of this sound, and "Im gone" Maybe it's because I used similar sound of fan heater when I was just a young kid, to help me sleep in the night. PS. We could use like 10h of this sound. Or a link to download this.
  • Yes I do read them on almost every video I watch. Thanks for the tips at the end!! Can't believe that this was recorded on a phone.
  • @erikeldred570
