Authentic Chinese cuisine consists of many greasy foods. The fact that stir frying, deep drying, hot oil, and pork is very common in most provinces. Probably the difference is how overly sweet panda express is.

I watched this one twice. I was thinking, there is one thing you left out that I think would be a great idea. Why don't you put like a fold down bed, where it folds up and hook on the wall. So you can fold it down if need to use it. And hang a old sleeping bag..It would be awesome to see you add that on.
