Week 1 Day 1 10/24/22 workout complete! Iβm challenging myself to get my workouts done before work. It was hard to wake up at 4 am today but I did it! π

today is the 4th day of me doing this workout, I got into a motor accident at march 28 and my fingers and hand has wounds but I decided to still continue βΌοΈ

I started doing this workout every day for a full week, and it was insane how fast I could see the results. Moving into the second week, I was able to do less of the modifications and more of the advanced. Now I can go through the whole workout without doing any of them! I am so happy, and I feel amazing afterward as well, so that's a plus. I now combine this workout with some of their HIIT workouts, and it's going great. Thanks, guys

this was the first video i ever watched from you guys. i started my fitness journey around november of last year and i am always coming back to you two!! love the format of your videos, love your guyβs attitude and that you donβt approach fitness in a toxic way. rather than titling your videos with a misleading βlose weight with just this one workout!β or something like that, you offer genuine routines for people to try! i love that you offer modifications because you understand that not every day is the same. you meet people where they are in their lives and i think that rules. so thank you for the motivation, videos, and everything else!

Got started a day late, but still managed to get back on track. Another great workout! I was able to do all exercises, except the pushup to pike without doing the modified version. So proud of myself, I have made improvement since the last challenge, week 1, day 1 complete.
