  • Yeah, this guy knows what he's talking about. Honestly, this concerns me and has left me uneasy. Especially this potential depression, no more a recession. I'm unsure about my $130K account strategy, considering the uncertainty of this whole recession mostly.
  • The current market/economy is unnecessarily tougher for boomers/senior citizens, Iā€™m used to just buying and holding assets which doesnā€™t seem applicable to the current rollercoaster market plus inflation is catching up with my portfolio. Iā€™m really worried about survival after retirement.
  • Every crash/collapse brings with it an equivalent market chance if you are early informed and equipped, I've seen folks amass up to $1m amid crisis, and even pull it off easily in a favourable economy. Unequivocally, the bubble/collapse is getting somebody somewhere rich.

What's the best approach to capitalize on the current market conditions? I'm deliberating on whether to diversify my $200k stocks portfolio.what strategies should I employ?
  • I have followed Jeremy for 2 years, and he's always right..... With SPX above 5000 what assets/sectors will drive the next bull trend. I cashed out before the last dip, now I have less than 200k to average down with. Any ideas? Should I get into short positions in this quarter or is it headed higher?

Stack cash and other ā€œtangible assetsā€. Sad I have to use quotes because nothing is safe. There is a storm coming that maybe needs to happen. Itā€™s not just the financial part. Itā€™s the fabric of our world. People need to get back to the basics of togetherness. Love and caring for each other

2024: how many last worning you want Investors : yes
  • Iā€™ve learned my lessons well! No more panic sales for me. This is the opportunity and I am slowly buying the dip! Iā€™ve saved enough what I can afford to lose! Do your due diligence and be careful who you listen to! Donā€™t let your hard earned money go away easy! Good luck to all of usšŸ™

We live in a bubble, the atmosphere. Life will always revolve around and around.
  • The biggest thing that I believe about the house market and real estate in general is that with insurers pulling out of nine states slowly due to weather and fire issues will cause a bigger problem for over all economy. If commercial and residential landlord are unable to get affordable insurance then businesses and rents would loose their housing and restaurant lose their space. What is the answer to the insurance problem.also Many of counties have over assessing houses.

It's fascinating how financial markets always seem to follow a cycle. Artur Grandi's book offers a great plan for securing investments and explores interesting opportunities, like investing in cryptocurrencies.
  • Yeah, this guy knows what he's talking about. He's been through crashes in the past and has learned. You don't recoup from stocks crash in a day, a month, a year or even a decade! Try several decades.
  • I am experiencing one of the most challenging phases of my life... Lost a fortune lnvesting in emerging companies. How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.

While they tell you to sell guess who is buying ?

It's almost useless to compare historical trends in my opinion. The market is so drastically different now for 2 reasons. Way more small players, and faster info transfer. More globalized. Ai probably runs a bunch of it. That's more than 2. Completely unpredictable.
  • Thanks for this informative video and I'm hoping that they are totally wrong like they have been before. Peace and blessings to everyone.
