This video was 3 months in the making... I've had MAJOR changes in fat loss, muscle gain, mental and physical health, nutrition, self care, and skin care wasn't an overnight process. I dedicated the last 90 days to fully focus on all things self improvement from the inside and out.

Glad everyone’s enjoying the video. Just wanted to preface since I’ve gotten a handful of comments saying my “rock bottom” is not that bad… Obviously appearance/physical surroundings are going to be what viewer sees, but my “rock bottom” was based on what was happening with my personal life & mental health. The physical aspects were just a reflection. I understand that I upload these videos and open myself up to comments and criticism like this, but please keep in mind there is more to my life that I choose not to share on the internet, and a few videos/instagram photos a year will never be my whole story.

I love that you took your time (2 and half months) to film this video to give us quality content rather than half-assing it ❤❤❤

This video low-key made me cry and I realised how much I also need that kind of change. I'm so stuck in bad habits that it's hard to see a way out now

Omg the beginning with your grandpa was absolutely precious! I was crying with you all!! Love when you upload. We all have missed you!! Gorgeous as always!!😘
  • I think the idea of cleaning during the pomodoro break is amazing ! My mum always tells me to take "physical" breaks instead of going on my phone and stuff, cause it really distracts the body and recharges the mind

Idk what it is but there’s something about Mia that makes her so comforting to watch. The last few years she’s become so raw and authentic. I’ve been following her for years and to me she’s just one of those YouTubers that you’ll watch whatever they upload no matter what and when. I know she isn’t as active as she was in the saturation era but I’ll still be watching her not matter what. She could take a break for years and not upload and I’ll still be here when she comes back

Mia!! This is an amazing video. I appreciate how honest and realistic this is compared to what a lot of “health influencers” show. The honesty about how things have been going and how you ended up going back to square one in 72 hours was nice because I feel like a lot of people tend to not be open about that ❤

this is insane to me. i haven’t seen your videos in YEARS! and i randomly stumbled upon Lauren so i went through yours too. i used to watch your BTS videos with lauren and everyone else. I am so proud of how far you’ve come Mia <3

loved this video, its so difficult to see influencers and the media portray what occurs in real life. this was genuine and truly motivating, I'm so happy for you mia and this was crafted so authentically <3

this video will change lives. You just flipped a switch in mine and many of your viewers perception about how they live their life and how important it is to set goals and hold yourself accountable. Congratulations Mia and thank you, you are a radiate soul ☀
  • Loved this! Even though I’m double your age, you inspire me so much with your attitude and honesty. I need to make some changes! The time you spent with your grandparents touched my heart and I think we were ALL crying with your grandpa. Thank you for another wonderful video! 😊

Thank you for addressing how physical health is not just about working out and eating healthy but changing your whole life. I used to workout so much to think it would fix all my internal issues but it never did and this video helps remind me how much changing habits will change your body both physically and mentally🖤
