Ugh, this was a toxic message! Just find another job. Don’t try to fix an organization if it’s broken, dysfunctional, toxic, and not serving you. It’s not “your” business, you don’t own the company. Most oftentimes, the people who were in charge of the decision do not respect you. Why try to make the company better when people don’t care about you? No thanks. Find something else! There are better options like working with small business owners or starting your own business.
