Awesome project, Brad. This was a really nice one, love the contrast of the Walnut top and painted base.

I need a storage bench for my office to hold a rackmount server and MFP. Your bench is similar in style to what I'm looking for and I think I that I can adapt it to what I need. Thanks for the inspiration!

Great video and plans -- I made this for my daughter - she loves it. I used a bamboo top from Lowes (had left over from another project). Made it a bit taller and put 3 adjustable shelves. Thanks for this one!

Uh....what!?! This is great. Didn’t follow any of it. I have none of these tools but still watched the whole video. Nice job!
  • Been binging on a lot of your videos lately and noticed a certain design and build style, which is clearly working for you and I like for it's simplicity. This project came out great, and that walnut with sapwood made the final piece truly unique. Others would have cut away the sapwood for a uniform top for a result that wouldn't look much different than something off Wayfair.

Nice build en well done on editing the video! Respect for not cutting out the screw-ups you've made and actually showing solutions to the problems you've encountered. Keep it up! Greetings from Holland.

Thanks for this video. I have build a shoe cabinet for our house based on it. I only had a jig saw to cut the plywood so you can imagine that it was quite a project 😊. Only my third one but I love the result.

  • Great project Brad, I've just finished making this a week ago and it's has turned out pretty great. Makes such a difference to coming into the house with a nice tidy entranceway.

    Beautiful! Thank you for sharing!
  • Good work mate looks amazing I recently made a shoe rack for the neighbour next door she's a bit rustic but I like it all out of scrap of cuts and pieces of donated timber it's heavy because I used all hardwood luckily it won't be moved around to much plus it also doubles as a seat as well keep up the good work cheers
  • This was a great build, you made it seem so routine. Thank you, I'm glad I found your channel

Brad that's awesome. Great job. The top looks amazing when you put the finish on it.
