Today was a really bad day and I cried for the first 5 minutes of practice, but with every breath it got easier and easier. now I'm calm, thank you very much
  • During Savasana my dog dropped his ball directly on my forehead. I couldn't help but smile.. animals are SO pure. :)

This is my very first time trying out yoga. I went in blind with no research about yoga and found myself crying all throughout the savasana. I didn't even know that yoga could do that and that I had all these tears locked up inside of me. I couldn't stop crying even after I had packed up all of my stuff. Thank you so much for guiding me in releasing all of the built up stress that I've placed upon myself.
  • Wow, the 30 minutes felt like 5 minutes and I very much needed this yoga session. Definitely worth subscribing
  • I love these practices so much. Without realising it, Jessica has been by my side with her yoga classes for almost two years now. I've been through some major changes throughout this time and these practices have been a real balm to the soul. Jessica made me fall in love with yoga and I'll be forever grateful to her for enriching my life so much. Thank you!
  • This is a masterpiece. Thank you for sharing your time and intellect with all of us here. This is the most wonderful yoga video I encountered so far. Plus your voice allowed me to feel through the yoga.

Sending love to everyone in this comment section 🤍 I see so many comments here about everyone’s heavy state of being - I’m so glad you’re all here, and that you found this practice with Jessica as your guide, just as I did. I hope you feel light, if not very soon. I hope you find solace and peace in the moments that life has to offer. I hope you find joy in the little things and strength in the hard times. I hope that you will remember to take care of yourself and find the courage to take on the world one day at a time. Remember that you are strong and capable of so much, and that you have the power to create a life you love.

I have been chronically stressed for months now. An avid yoga nerd and meditator, I haven’t been able to reach that zen feeling in months. This practice is the first time I feel like I’m floating and have achieved that almost dream like state. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! Can’t thank you enough.

This practice was hard at first but I ended up feeling so renewed and grounded. I'm dealing with grief after the lost of a loved one and it puts me into a spiral of negativity for days; the fact that you added a little meditation to further reconnect with the body made me so gentle and compassionate towards myself. I've been practicing with you for almost two years now, now and then, and it's always a pleasure to meet with you on the mat. Thank you for your work, Jessica. x

  • Did this practice before going to bed. Really soothing. I have a lot of thoughts running around mi head since my ex and I broke up last week, so I am trying to do this that keep me calm and make the sadness into more of a nostalgia...Trying to keep everythingas a happy memory.

  • My lovely yoga practice with Jessica ❤🙏🤗always help me to get balance, to calm down and feel myself better🙆‍♀️🙏
  • End of the school year when working as a teacher means a heavy workload becoming even heavier, a lack of sleep and a constant feeling of exhaustion. Usually I use exercise to release stress, but having a cold with a sore throat that was not an option. This was a perfect way to start my Saturday which will continue with assessing and grading student assignments. Probably will use the same tactics for the upcoming couple of days. Thank you!

I found you two weeks ago when I decided to start practicing yoga, and yours are the only videos I use to practice. Thank you for sharing this video today, I really benefited from it. ❤

I loved this so much. Just a perfect morning awakening, and your pacing and gentle guiding voice were both so beautiful. Thank you!

This is so funny. My cat is a very nice cat but not too cuddly. As i was on the floor, she started circling around me, showing me more attention than she has in 8 years. At one point, i look up and your kitty was doing the same thing! Thank you for letting her be in your video! Ive been out of shape for a few years, even though im relatively active. I got married 5 years ago and went through menopause at the same time. My Philippino husband introduced me to new foods I never had before. That was a deadly triangle for me as I quickly gained 30 pounds since then. Im 57 and still run circles around my much younger co-workers, but my old metabolism isn't the same as it used to be. Im a nurae at a dialysis unit so we're always hopping. Thank you for your sweet relaxing voice and being my first yoga experience!
