Hello! I’ve been participating in “zentangle” for many years, and find it very relaxing and is really the only way I can really “meditate”. I am now going to try this, it feels like a mix of zentangle and coloring and I think it will help quite a bit. Thank you for your tutorial ❤
  • You are very thorough in explaining everything in this video from start to finish. You have a nice calming voice and spirit about you. Thank you for taking the time to teach all of us about neurotrophic art. Sandy

  • Oh my goodness I totally loved us and after staring at it and backing up and rewinding and watching again is the background starting point and then being able to go back after and then just add accents to it I loved it it made it so much more mesmerizing with that background affect then just plain white which is a little scary
  • This was very calming to watch. I may try this art. Thanks Patti. 😊

Hi, I just watched another video about this from someone else, and I noticed that your style on doing this therapeutic art it's more control, while the other one was more free, going with your intuition, not thinking much just kinda go with the flow and asking questions to yourself on how you can heal on whatever your intention was. So, from both videos, I learned and liked different things.
