DC Multiverse Collection: Blue Energy Superman

Really like this one. I remember getting the old one from toys 'R' us. ♥️

This figure reminds me of hubbie. Blue is calm, cool and cuddly. Red is buzzed out, upset and combative. Oh wait that’s me @missboozehound When I saw the blue charged Jon Kent in his last solo comic I remembered this and excited for him.

That S on the back makes him that much sweeter 💯

I grew up in the 90's, so I'm very familiar with this version of Superman. This wave is sweet nostalgia for me. I have to have both the Red and Blue versions so really hoping I can track the red one down. I agree having both is pretty essential to the collection. Really love this figure and I really like the blue they used on him. It could've been darker, but still think it works super well. The Page Punchers body worked perfect for this. I don't mind the couple little issues because the biggest issue for me is the boots and they didn't just paint over them this time, so I'm happy. Like you say, McFarlane is moving in the right direction for the most part.

I hope Mcfarlane releases a 2 pack of both the red and blue version.

I pre-ordered my wave from Amazon and ordered 2 supermans hoping my luck holds out with Amazon sending both a regular and platinum but Amazon pushed back the delivery date for this wave so I went ahead and picked up a red superman I found at target a couple weeks ago just in case and it was there...red is an impossible platinum to not pick up if found in the wild do to the character importance!

I have to have Both Supermen they look so damn sick

I have no connection to the superman man red or blue so I’m fine with just the blue. Something just looks really off about the red version. And last time I checked, no one liked that story line when supes was Red and Blue. So I don’t get why people are crying about not getting both lol

I threw my platinum red Superman into some orange rit dye. Some custom painting and a utility belt. Now, he's GeoForce. Probably one of my favorite customs so far.

You brought up the Platinum version and I do have to agree that wasn't fair. But there is a little dark side of Todd's way of doing business and I just thought of it the other day. I saw someone post that they put an order in for 10 Azrael and they were just doing it hoping that they get the Platinum. And then that reminded me Todd posted about his figures as the number one figures the people are buying versus other companies. Yeah that might be true but this is probably also the most returned figure because of all these bullcrap Platinum shenanigans that he pulls. It makes sense now when I'm on Amazon sometimes and it says hey this item gets a high return rate because people are buying crap loads hoping they get a platinum and then they return the ones that are not. In a sense he's actually not the most sold figure on the market in most cases he's probably the most returned figure on the market at this rate. Another thing I've noticed the ReUse is getting very common now two common I would actually add. Used to when he would make a figure it would be basically from the ground up it's not the case so much anymore.

That's a very cool version of superman I always liked it but I am super mad at McFarlane. For making the red one a platinum. 😡💢 Regular platinums that are kind of irrelevant are. Almost imposible to get now this one that is a must have is going to be Fucking imposible 😭
