This is the purest video I've ever been blessed to come across

you can also eat that "skin" that forms on top of the liquid while it simmers, the skin is call "yuba" and it's very nutritional (and expensive)

It's my first visit here at Todd's Kitchen and I really like to stay here. Making soy milk is pretty easy process indeed and cheaper as well. I'm so excited to give it a try. Thanks.

so much creamier than store bought too! (and really good with honey!)

Then, heat up the milk to simmering, add lemon juice or nigari, which curdles the milk, and you've got tofu.

Your explanations are very clear and precise. I really enjoy watching this video and I hope you'll also show how to make vegetable and fruit juice without a juicer. Thanks

This is exactly the same way as my grandma made soymilk for me when I was little. You just remind me my precious childhood memories. Thank you.

Hello Todd, one question : have you ever tried to make soy yogurt from that soy milk ? If so, I really LOVE to see the full recipe ! By the way - soy yogurt vs cow yogurt is even more expensive than soy milk vs cow milk (but indeed more nutritious as well !)...

Todd have you tried to make it with fresh soy beans. Do you think the taste would turn out better/more enhanced in flavour? Thanks for the videos. Just found them recently, and already helping me so much.
