Taking Control of Our Thoughts– Dr. Charles Stanley

I am a Mormon, I am now in the process of true conversion to Christ, pray for me.

When I have a bad thought I say “ I put this thought under the blood of Jesus “. The devil hates when you mention the blood so he finally stopped with the bad thoughts! Praise God!!

Love is of God ;lust is from the world

Love develops ; lust destroys
Love is peaceful ; lust is full of anxiety

In 2014 I was diagnosed with severe stage 4 endometriosis. I was told to hurry to have children because I’d need a hysterectomy within 2 years. I was devastated but ended up getting pregnant 2 years later. 🙌🏽then again when my daughter was 6 months(not trying that time lol) after giving birth to my second daughter, my pain came back with a vengeance! I was out of work for months, could barely walk… reallllllly going through it. For those who don’t know, there’s no cure for endometriosis so I went to schedule surgery to have some of it cut/burn which brings relief. My surgery was scheduled for 9/16/2019 and I couldn’t wait because I knew it would bring relief. I went for my pre op on 9/9/2019 and was told that due to how severe my pain and endo was that the surgery likely wouldn’t help And That due to alll of the scar tissue without a doubt I would need a colostomy bag😢. With that news I was ready to end my life! I went home to write out my goodbyes but something told me to pray. I prayed and said “God you created the Heavens and the Earth, I need you to work a miracle in my life! When I go in on Monday I don’t want them to find ANY ENDOMETRIOSIS! In Jesus name I pray. Amen.” I went in for surgery that Monday and the doctors couldn’t find ANY endometriosis! I celebrated 3 years healed this year. There is NOTHINGGGGGGGGG impossible with the Most High Holy Loving & TRUE Father in Heaven!! Trust Him 🙌🏽

I grew up as a Muslim but thank God after years of struggling, he opened my eyes and I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior, was baptized in his name and i can't begin to explain the peace i felt. I really love listening to Dr Charles Stanley and his preaching of the true word of God almighty. Thank you Lord Jesus for your grace and Love!

EVERY Christian should listen to this message at least once a week, their whole life long. 99% of the enemies attack, is in our thoughts. Thank you Mr. Stanley for listening to God, and sharing faithfully. Praise be to Jesus.

He's got the calmest voice ever.
He doesn't ever have to raise his voice or yell to get his point across when he's preaching God's word.
All my anxiety leaves when the Holy Spirit works through him.

I'm a middle aged man. I've been single for a long time. I'm looking for a wife but when I meet a new woman I struggle with my feelings about Love vs Lust. Thank Jesus for your Word! Thank you Dr. Stanley for clearly preaching the Word! I'm watching this in tears but full of clarity!
