    Good luck on the surgery! Being able to see the world yourself is truly a gift that is underestimated. I, having been nearsighted since I was in charter school, understand the motif behind, and would like to follow suit when my eyes become more stable. I'm glad for those who donated to fulfill this dream while allowing you to maintain your account that you've worked more than two and a half years on :)

    Thank you :) Eyes stabilize around early 20's. Hopefully the operation will be much much cheaper when your time comes around.

    I am actually glad I never used contacts because they wear down your corneas. My eye tests showed that I had thick corneas, so I am applicable for all kinds of surgeries. Glasses are not for me. It's a physical issue; I have a very strange complexion type. Going through life with burdensome discomfort every day would not be something that I would wish on my worst of enemies.
