He really is his birth dad's twin! OMG they look so much alike.

It must have been so heartbreaking for the mom to wake and find out that her baby was given up for adoption without her consent

I wish that this documentary spent more time covering Dan's interactions with his biological family. 

He looks like his dad a lot . Awe.

These episodes are one of the things I look forward to on Thursdays. True story.

Dan looks so much like his dad and twin brother... of course the DNA results are positive, haha. Dan's mom is so wonderful for supporting him on this journey. So understanding!

Dan, your adopted mom is amazing person. 

I hope you guys can do series in the upcoming future of how this has affected Dan one year later. I'm sure everyone is busy with their own lives, but it would be such a great update for your dedicated subscribers, (especially the ones who have been following this series) to see an update!! Such an inspiring series. I've been replaying this series nonstop.

I remember when I first heard of you, I was going through Wong Fu's older videos back in 2010, I think, and I came across the Name music video and loved the song. And then you kept tweeting you to come to Toronto ahd almost everytime you replied. Saying you would if you could or you're trying or something like that. I appreciated it. The last thing I remember you doing before I stopped seeing content from you was that music video you did with Dream Lapse project. After 1 or maybe 2 years of only seeing your face in ISAtv and Wong Fu videos, you announce, well before it actually happened and I'm like wow. And now watching the documentary, im still like wow, and I'm also really happy for you and would get the album that goes along with it if I could. I am so happy for you and I still want to meet you.

Time for a feels trip. :'(

this journey wasnt just dan's but also his whole family too, especially his mom at home who is awaiting his return. although im sure she was teasing i think her tone of voice when she joked "hoped you havent forgotten me" was also her fear that dan has found a "new family" and has left her behind 

You may have a lot of questions. The family may have the answers but we can only understand what happened because we didn't know the situation back then. That is why the series have brought me to tears. It is not late to fill in the gaps but still continuing with your current life and with ur adopted family. technology and transportation is easy that we can always go back to the biological parents paying them a visit. A happy emotional story. Im a fan of Dan. Godbless from the Phils.

Man, thanks so much for sharing your journey and experience.  I've grown up in the U.S. with my birth Mom and Dad, but when I went to Korea and met all these cousins and aunts and uncles I never met before, I really got a sense of what it's like to have family.  I don't know anything, but I just feel like your brother loves you so much through such a short period of time, and my heart breaks when I see your birth parents hug you goodbye.  I can't say enough how much I've gotten from watching these episodes.
