Worst Manicure Ever! Lovebird grooming me (maybe?)

Our Love Bird started to do this. It’s not the “go away I bite!” defensive action, and she did chip my nails a couple times, no tip for her, and once bit painfully, I think by accident. I’ve never seen a bird groom like this. Thank for your input.
