The fact that the lawyer had to educate the justices many times about where the law is and what the facts are is a painful reminder that the justices are taking this case up feloniously under the guise that there is some improper application of law. Giving to the question are our Supreme Court Justices who are conservatives masters of law at all?? Do they even understand US law or the Constitution as it stands and are they even trying to protect it? It's very clear that these justices have proven that they're only point at being a Justice is to infect contradict the Constitution and reject the law via federalization!!!

Justice Thomas should be reminded of the civil rights movement of the sixties and how that was thought of as impeding segregation and challenges to the Vietnam war that interfered with the establishment.
