Point St Charles, between Saint Henri and Griffintown is an equally good option. The 57 bus can pretty much drop you next to the downtown Concordia campus, and the Charlevoix metro station is one stop after Lionel Groulx. You can walk to downtown from the Point in under 30 minutes, plus there's the Lachine canal, lots of bike paths, and some nice big parks. Rent is probably similar to Saint Henri or maybe less, depending on whether the building is renovated or not.

I wanna live close to a skatepark or at least a skate-friendly spot but not too far from concordia, any recommendations?
  • Is LaSalle good? Is it aesthetic? Does it have Dark Academia vibes and Cottagecore vibes? Is it too noisy? Does it always flood there?
  • Is the university of Montreal very far from McGill university and Concordia?

  • Hi Yasmeen, McGill MA grad here (undergrad at Loyola (Concordia). Love your vlogs: very good presentation, solid editing, and think that McGill PR should hire you. As someone who once worked on screen, you could have a future in TV. That said: You may want to point out that the McGill Ghetto isn't ACTUALLY a Ghetto and go easy on the "bitchin" about the weather - we aren't in WINTER nine months of the year and please, let's not confuse "cool" weather with "cold". Again... good stuff!
