Just one of these tips is worth a single video. Gary is an absolute star and so very generous. In large part also the inspiration for me to switch from Windows to Apple.

Hey Gary: You teach more ideas in 15 minutes that many hours-long seminars I have attended. And of course with pause and replay, anyone in your audience can let it all sink in. Thanks again.

One of the many things that makes this video so helpful is how you move back and forth between Mac and iPadOS to show us how the same thing is done on both devices. Thank you for doing it that way.

At first I had a hard time working out what the point of this application is but now I can see it can be incredibly useful. Thank you very much for opening my eyes to Freeform's potential usefulness.
  • This is a great video Gary! An interesting point to make is that many of the features in Freeform are also available in Pages, Keynote and especially Numbers, which provides and infinite canvas and, of course, gives you the ability to have full featured tables. Virtually everything you pointed out in this video applies to the other apps!

As always you rock!!! I get the feeling that the more you use Freeform the more you will find you can do with it. I use Keynote and can already imagine how much better I will be able to make my presentations. Thanks again.🙂
  • As I mentioned in other videos I am binge watching - what a library of information you have. You tach so much so quickly - thank goodness for pause and replay. I wouldn't want you to change anything you do I am impressed by the depth and level of knowledge and ability to explain in layman terms.
  • I get more from your videos than hours of reading Apple Support notes. Well Done!!
  • @IamFluffY90
This was so great! I was looking for a way to do line connections with the normal line! I didn’t realize there was a set tool for it… so many other great suggestions too 😊

As usual Gary; your educational video is the most thorough with subtle details about Freeform, and your presentation makes it easy to follow and understand.
  • @afriedli
It would be interesting to have a summary of the differences in the features between Freeform versus Pages or Keynote - each of which has drawing capabilities.
  • The way you present new  software is incredible! I can imagine the hours you spend playing around and figuring it out.
  • @PraiseSongsLKL
Thank you very much for the education. As an instructor for a university class, I appreciate your last subject regarding the sync use of freeform between a device that is connected to a projector and an IPad. Extremely useful.
  • Hi Gary, your tutorials are excellent to the point, thanks from S Africa
  • @kkeyes88
Thanks Gary, as usual, you videos are packed with great tips, clearly explained and illustrated. You are good!
  • I’m so digging this app. I’m going to use it a bunch in a video I’m making for Sunday. It’s really cool. I’d love if if you do more with this app later! Your vids are great - so glad I found you. I made a chart in the app but I added each line.

Nicely done, thanks! I wonder how long it will take to get some functionality for floor plans and similar layouts. Not a full CAD setup necessarily, but with some basic dimensional and object-joining features that DIY’ers could use without installing expensive or questionable software. That would be cool.
  • A very useful and informative video tutorial today! It took me forever too watch because of the weather conditions. It was worth the wait! Thank you, Gary! 👏🏻❤️
