One very important thing for people who might not know, please verify whether the person is responsive or not and if they have a pulse or not and only start chest compressions when there is no response and no pulse.

You need to try to get a response, if not, check for breathing and then check for a heart beat.. some persons faint, but have breathing and heartbeat.

They make these dummies way too hard. Even my trainer told me that humans aren't like that. I despise CPR training. It took my entire body lifting off the ground to randomly get these goofy dummies to work.
