Hilling corn helps with in-row weeding and helps to establish a solid root system for the corn. We like to side-dress with granular fertilizer and hill the corn with the High Arch Wheel Hoe.

I love the traditional design and materials. . .None of that plastic junk or bicycle tire garbage.

  • I saw the "Florida" weave being done up in Canada many years ago. My teacher was grinding the knees out of her jeans while weaving the twine. The "pipe" appears to be a brilliant addition to the staking process. Thanks!

  • How many feet did you do between your rows of corn? What do you do about pollination and corn readiness?
  • Have you thought about designing and manufacturing an attachment for the wheel hoe or seeder that would allow a consistent application of product for side dressing crops?
  • @Trivit30
Hey you said that plot was 20x40..... how small can you go with corn?
  • @bradwarren8833
Do you put the nitrogen on one side of the corn on each row?
