LILITH IN LIBRA | A time of deep honesty

Sometimes on my walk to work, I tell the trees "I have a sorrow" and they say, "we know love, you are doing well" <3

After receiving my AuDHD diagnosis in my 40s I've realised how much Lilith energy I resonate with. Going back through the trauma of my life, the patriarchy harmed me so bad. My psychologist didn't even pick up on the signs. I was just labelled as 'crazy' & depressed. Medical professionals gaslit me due to the gender bias in the biomedical model. Even accessing diagnosis is a privileged position due to the expense. From childhood to having my own children men abused and discarded me. Used me for their own gain. I'm celibate now & have so much compassion for what I went through. Still processing it all. Funnily enough my overarching word of the year for 2024 was/ is 'Sovereign'. I feel so much empowerment now. Thank you for this conversation

i love this and thank you. i have been brewing over the idea that this time may be very catalytic for anyone struggling with addiction, sex/love/attachment addiction specifically.

I've also needed a lot of space to feel, connect and integrate. It's been a lot coming up. Transformation and change do indeed come with uncomfortable feelings, resistance, fear even if it also comes with hope, optimism, positive energy and empowerment. It's making space for it all without judgment, labels and over analyzing - sinking into the heart never felt so scary and yet so exhilarating!

Hi Sara, Thank you for your vulnerability, openness, feminine grace and so much more. You have touched my soul deeply. All of you young souls coming into your grace and spiritual power and sharing it has such a wonderful effect. After 60 years of holding the torch for all of you lovely souls I feel relieved to be able to "Pause," as you say, step back and allow the next wave to come in and take us all to the next level. Incredible! 10:56 "Preferences..."! I was listening but for a few seconds before you said 'preferences' my mind had wandered to an upcoming afternoon event and I was thinking 'I want to do this particular way of being then and that's my preference'. The next thing I hear you say is 'preferences' so I had to stop and write a note. I almost always say if I comment how on point you are sometimes literally and your voice your words share a clarity that is much needed. I very often watch your videos more than once because I know how my mind wanders and sometimes I am completely focused and sometimes it dreams so I make sure to watch again to pick up anything I may have missed. Thank you so much for this conversation! As a Libra sun, I got chills when you said “Libra is about the space between two beings that is created whenever we are connecting.” Yes, peacemaking is an important part of the Libra archetype 🥰, and there is also so much more to it! Libra is extremely dynamic, kind of an astrological chameleon adapted to filling gaps and uplifting heavy energies to restore balance. Thus, I find Libra to be just as in touch with darkness as with light. I’ve never intentionally worked with Dark Moon Lilith, but I’ve been getting a lot of intuitive messages about this recently, including repeatedly drawing the Lilith card in my Lilifer Tarot (shout out to this beautiful deck!!!). To Sarah and the community, I do have a question: with Lilith moving into Libra, ruled by Venus… I am also repeatedly seeing Empress in reverse, hearing “can you receive the love that you give?” If you’ve read this far on this comment, I wonder if you have advice on healing the feminine energy and allowing yourself to receive.

Beautiful painting, Sarah! I like how you used rest in music and space in art as examples of how to listen to yourself. As someone who grew up in a very hostile domestic environment, I had little time, as a child, to hear myself. I could never sleep and had very traumatic experiences in my inner and outer world. I am finally hearing my true feelings and voice now. I found healing through painting and journaling, and lots of body movement. Your words are also so healing, and you are a beautiful Artist and Writer and Creator, Sarah Vrba!

❤ I'm currently spending the summer in the Olympic National Forest on the west side of the Hood Channel and yesterday I spent the day barefoot grounding myself but couldn't shake the energy of sorrow, abandonment, and waste. My Sun is 12° Libra with Leo rising and moon in Capricorn. So comparing my sense with yours is acknowledging it wasn't about me.
