There was basically 3 dps's in hutao team and tighnari still got the same time

I'd argue Tighnari is stronger when paired up with EM Raiden, Nahida and Kokomi with thrilling tales. It's my go to single target team and its ridiculously overpowered. It works in AOE as well since Kokomis fish applies hydro to multiple opponents for Hyperbloom.
