I'm a 37-year-old Hispanic in a wheelchair with cerebral palsy, who loves gospel music! Mosie Burks is truly filled with the spirit of God and I have loved listening to her over the last several months. Every song she sings is from the heart and you can tell she is truly praising God through the songs. I researched her and found out she is still alive at 90 years old. I was also saddened to learn she has dementia and remembers very little of some of the songs she used to sing and struggles to remember names and days of the week. I believe her legacy and impact will continue to live on. I really wish I could have been able to meet this amazing woman! I love you mama Burks!
