What do you build for the billionaire who has 12 of everything? Supercars with no windscreen, no roof, and no rationale. Welcome, then, to the Speedsters holy trinity: the Ferrari Monza vs McLaren Elva vs Aston Martin Speedster. For one breezy day the ultimate speedsters are ours. So we went to Scotland – a place known for constant sunshine. Not. Now let a very wind/hail burned Jack Rix guide you around this £3.6 million, 2,300bhp trio and work out if they’re utterly pointless, or absolutely brilliant.

3:18 A bubble of WHAT?! Oh phew. I had to listen to it twice to hear it correctly with that accent. And there again at 12:08 I just cannot unhear it.

The way this episode was shot, presented and edited is mind blowing. And the most impressive thing is at the end when you see credits and realize couple of people made this masterpiece. You really don’t need a proper television crew to create awesomeness. Well done Top Gear!

Yes I have a set of those, their called 'safety glasses'.

This video shows how Jack Rix shouldn‘t be underestimated as a presenter/reviewer. Chris Harris’ pieces are just astonishing, but Rix does an amazing and underrated job too.

This was better than everything that has been on actual top gear tv show in years. No idea why they don't fire the other two pricks and just have an hour of this and Chris Harris Drives a week

    That Ferrari is ravishingly gorgeous.
  • Aston Martin replaced Porsche in the “other” Holy Trinity. 😭

"Buffeting", "What a machine!" - a touch of the old exists in the new ;)

I have to say this guy is growing on me. He is really not bad at reviewing cars. With a small hint of comedy.

Between this video and the 3 part video Carfection made about the F1, 911 GT1, and the CLK GTR

This week has been a good one for car content 😍
  • I would definitely want to see a race series with this kind of cars like the old time
  • I think with the “holy trinity” we have another associations ;)

The footage at 13:30 is epic and shows how difficult it must have been to film. Well done for getting all three together.

These cars are so damn cool. Needs side exausts so you can hear them more.

    The Editing is amazing 👏
  • @TomHenksYT
can we just appreciate that these cars actually exist, in today's age?

I think this is the first time I’ve been interested in the new format of Top Gear since Clarkson, May and Hammond left. This is the kind of stuff we want. A trio of some of the most exotic cars being tested with a humorous touch.
