Very nice homes. What starred was when you said alligators yeah I’m OK with alligators not for me. Don’t wanna come outside drink some coffee and see an alligator. Walking into a pond.😂 let’s move onto the next Please😂

It be worth buying the last property and putting a tiny home in it. Just demolish the old one. You can buy a tiny home for less than a remodel on that one. Beautiful land and pond. Can we find out if that’s possible.

I really like the home in Oglethorpe, however I would be too concerned for all of the outside animals and that waterway. 😞

So it looks like someone bought that house on 125 Jackson St. a year ago and they did very little to it if anything and a year later they almost doubled the asking price, but not before lowering it a little. Getting a little greedy.
